FARA is an e-commerce furniture brand currently in the pre-launch phase.
The project involves the full creation and management of the online business, from brand positioning and product strategy to the setup and operation of the Shopify store.

Responsibilities include defining the store structure and navigation, curating and organizing the product catalog, setting pricing logic, and building product pages focused on clear value propositions, decision-making, and conversion readiness. Special attention is given to trust-building elements such as FAQs, policies, guarantees, and a frictionless purchase flow to prepare the store for scale.

Beyond the website, the project covers end-to-end e-commerce operations, including customer journey planning, content strategy, email flows for lead capture and cart recovery, and preparation of systems required for launch, growth, and long-term brand development.
